Story
The Great Knaresborough Bed Race is something different: it is part fancy dress pageant and part gruelling time trial over a 2.4 mile course, ending with a swim through the icy waters of the River Nidd. All this whilst pushing a bed frame!
This year St. John Fisher School (Emma's workplace) will be entering the race and raising money for Meningitis Now, a charity which has helped our family immeasurably after losing Sarah. They support survivors of meningitis through counselling and other practical support like funding for mobility aids.
